Turn the week into the invoice.
Pick the job and the dates, and the invoice is built from your time. Group it by job, task or day, and bill by the day, the hour or a flat fee. Email it from the app with a Pay online button: your client pays by card or bank into your own Stripe, and the time is marked billed.

Questions people search for
Can I use a spreadsheet instead?
Absolutely, and many people do. Hello Bean is for the moment the spreadsheet stops knowing who owes you, which job or client is unbilled, and what the GST line should say.
What if I forget to start the timer?
Log the day or the hours into the week grid afterwards. A running timer stops itself at 12 hours and splits at midnight, so you never come back to a runaway clock.
Do you lodge my BAS?
No. Hello Bean works out GST and revenue by BAS quarter, on a cash or accrual basis, and gives you an accountant-ready pack. Lodging your BAS and managing your tax stay with you and your accountant.
Is the price inc GST?
Yes. $17 and $29 a month are what you pay, in AUD, GST included. Yearly is $170 and $290.
What happens on the date shown at sign-up?
That's the first charge for the plan you chose, shown on screen before you add your card. Cancel before it and nothing is charged. Cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of its first payment and it's refunded in full.
Does Hello Bean touch my money?
No. Your clients pay into your own Stripe account, and we take no fee on it (Stripe's own fees apply). Hello Bean never connects to your bank.
Can I bring my time and clients from another tool?
Yes. Moving from Harvest or Toggl? Their exports import as they come, and so does a spreadsheet, so your history builds your business figures from day one. Imports are safe to run twice: nothing is duplicated, and you see a preview before anything is saved.
Where is my data kept?
In Sydney, with no third-party trackers and no pixels on the site or in the app. Close your account and everything is deleted after a 21-day cooling-off window.
